どのくらい前に予約すればいいですか？
空きさえあれば前日でも大丈夫です！笑。
ですが週末をご希望の方は平日よりも埋まりやすいので、早めのご予約がおすすです。また春・秋は人気シーズンのため1〜2ヶ月前にご予約いただくと安心です。
Q1. How far in advance should I book?
A. Even last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just ask! 😄 That said, weekends fill up faster than weekdays, so earlier is always better. For spring and autumn (our busiest seasons!), I'd recommend booking 1–2 months ahead to secure your spot.

ニューボーンの予約はどうしますか？
ニューボーンと呼ばれる期間が生後14日までとなります。
週末以外でも問題ない場合は、予定日をお伺いし、生まれてからご連絡をいただいてそこから14日までの目安に日程を調整しています。
週末をご希望の方は予定日を基準に14日以内の週末を仮予約させていただいております。
Q2. What about newborn sessions?
A. The newborn window is within the first 14 days after birth — that's when babies are at their most sleepy and snuggly!
If weekdays work for you, just let me know your due date, contact me once baby arrives, and we'll find a time within those 14 days.
If you'd prefer a weekend, I'll put a tentative hold on the weekend closest to your due date — we can confirm once baby makes their grand entrance! 🎉

撮影場所はどこでもいいですか？
はい！スタジオはありませんので、ご希望のロケーションへ出張撮影しております。ご希望をお伺いしながら、一緒に決めています。

Q3. Can I choose my own location?
A. Absolutely! I don't have a studio — I come to you! Tell me where you'd love to shoot and we'll make it happen. Not sure where to go? I've got plenty of ideas up my sleeve! 😊

雨の日はどうなりますか？
小雨の場合は撮影可能なことが多いです。
メルボルンですので天候が悪い場合は日程変更も追加料金なく柔軟に対応しています。お気軽にご相談ください！
Q4. What if it rains?
A. This is Melbourne — rain is always part of the deal! 😄 Light rain is usually fine and can actually make for some really beautiful, moody photos. If the weather is truly terrible, we can reschedule at no extra cost. Easy!

ポーズが苦手でも大丈夫ですか？
もちろんです！ポーズの指示は全てお任せください。会話しながら自然な表情を引き出しますので、緊張しなくて大丈夫です！ひたすら楽しんでください！
Q5. What if I'm not good at posing?
A. Don't worry about it at all! I'll guide you through everything. My secret? I just talk — a lot 😄 — and the natural expressions and moments happen all by themselves. Just show up and have fun!

子供連れでも大丈夫ですか？
はい、大歓迎です！お子様の自然な笑顔や動きを引き出すのが得意です。走り回ってください！できる限り頑張って追いかけます。笑。
ロケーションもお子様が安全に過ごせる場所をお勧めしています！
撮影時間はできる限りお子様の一番機嫌が良さそうな時間で調整しています。
Q6. Can I bring my kids?
Kids are SO welcome! Getting natural smiles and movement out of little ones is one of my favourite things to do. Feel free to let them run — I'll do my best to keep up! 😄
I always recommend locations that are safe and easy for children, and I'm happy to schedule the session around the time of day when your little ones are at their happiest 😊

犬や猫などふわふわの家族は参加できますか？
もちろん大歓迎です！ふわふわのご家族の参加には追加料金は不要です！
Q7. Can my dog or cat join in?
A. YES! Fluffy family members are always welcome and there's no extra charge for them 🐾 The more the merrier!

何人まで撮影できますか？
パッケージにより異なりますが、特に制限はありません。
ベーシックパッケージの場合は５人までカバーしており、６人目以降は１人につき＄5の追加料金をいただいております。
Q8. How many people can be in the shoot?
A. No strict limit! The Basic package covers up to 5 people, with an additional $5 per person after that. Got a big crew? Just ask and we'll work it out 😊

ロケーションによって出張費が異なります。メルボルンシティは＄44です。
Coburgからの距離で換算しています。５km以内 $22,10km＄44、その後は1km毎に約＄1換算で算出しています。具体的なお見積りはお問い合わせください。
Q10. Is there a travel fee?
A. Yes, travel fees vary depending on the location. Melbourne City is $44.
Fees are calculated based on the distance from Coburg
within 5km $22 / 10km $44/ over 10km adding $1 per 1km.

支払い方法は？
撮影後にインボイスをお送りします。オーストラリア在住のお客様には銀行振込、海外からのお客様には現金、クレジットカード、Wiseで海外送金からお選びいただいております。

A. I'll send you an invoice after the shoot.

写真はいつ届きますか？
通常、撮影後2〜4週間以内にオンラインギャラリーにてお届けしています。
それぞれのお客様の写真を愛を込めて一枚づつ丁寧に編集しています。
繁忙期には撮影が連日続くため編集に通常より時間を要することがあります。そのため場合によっては6週間程度いただく場合もございます。
その場合は事前にお伝えいたします。
Q12. When will I receive my photos?
Your photos are usually delivered via a private online gallery within 2–4 weeks after your session.
I carefully edit each image with love and attention to detail to make sure you receive the best possible memories.
During busy seasons, when I have photo sessions almost every day, editing may take a little longer. In some cases, delivery may take up to 6 weeks, but I'll always let you know in advance if that's the case.

写真の加工・編集はしてもらえますか？
それぞれのお客様の写真を愛を込めて一枚づつ丁寧に編集しています。
私のインスタグラムなどの作風をご確認いただき、好き！と思っていただけるようでしたら安心してご予約いただければと思います。
基本的には何かを細くしたり、人物に大きな変更を加えることはありません。
どうしても気になるお子様の怪我や、ニキビなどはベストショットと思しきもののみ消したりしますが、全ての写真の加工はお約束しておりません。
写真をよくするために周りにある必要のなさそうなものをできる限り消したりはしています。
Q14. Do you edit or retouch the photos?
Yes! Every image is individually edited with love and care in my signature style.
I recommend taking a look at my Instagram or portfolio before booking. If you love the colours and style you see there, you can book with confidence knowing your gallery will have the same look and feel.
As for retouching, I generally don't make major changes to people's appearance or body shape.
If your child has a small scratch or you have a temporary blemish, I may gently remove it from a few of the best images. However, I can't guarantee retouching on every photo.
I also do my best to remove distracting objects in the background whenever possible, helping your photos look as clean and beautiful as they can.

Q15. Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
Yes, absolutely.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work out another suitable date.

撮影に遅刻したらどうなりますか？
遅れそうな場合は、分かった時点でご連絡をお願いいたします。
急な渋滞やお子様のご準備など、予期せぬことが起こることもあると思いますので、ご安心ください。
ただし、後に別のお客様の撮影が入っている場合は、撮影終了時間を延長することができません。その場合は、ご予約いただいた終了時間までの撮影となり、遅れた分だけ撮影時間が短くなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Q16. What happens if we're late?
If you're running late, please send me a quick message as soon as you can.
I completely understand that unexpected delays can happen, so please don't stress—just let me know if you're running behind.
Please note that I may have another session booked after yours. In that case, I'm unfortunately unable to extend your session, so it will finish at the original end time and the shooting time will be reduced accordingly.

Q17. What should we wear for our photo session?
Choosing the right outfits can make a big difference to your photos. I've put together a guide with my favourite colour combinations, outfit tips and things to avoid.

七五三の撮影はしていますか？
はい！七五三の撮影は年中受け付けております。
毎年10月ごろの日曜日にカールトンガーデンにて12組限定、完全予約制の超お得なイベント撮影も行っております。
予約受付日をはじめ、イベント開催日程などの詳細は9月頃にインスタグラムなどでアナウンスしておりますのでもしイベントを狙う場合は、インスタグラムのフォローをお願いいたします。
なお、イベントでは8歳までのお子様のみ着物での撮影が可能です。
もし8歳以上のお子様も一緒にお着物を着たい場合はプライベートでのご予約をお願いします。
プライベート枠での撮影は空いている中でのご希望の日程で、ご希望の場所で
ご希望のメンバーがお着物を着ての撮影可能です。
お着物での撮影は、スタイリストの岡部さらさんとのコラボとなりますので
ご予約はこちらのリンクよりよろしくお願いいたします。
お支払いはさらさんとフォトグラファー（私）別々での請求となります。
Q18. Do you offer Shichi-Go-San
(Japanese Traditional 7-5-3) photo sessions?
Yes! I offer Shichi-Go-San photo sessions all year round.
Every October, I also host a special Shichi-Go-San Event at Carlton Gardens. This is a limited event for just 12 families and is available by reservation only. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a professional photo session at a special event price.
Details, including the event date and booking opening day, are announced around September on my Instagram. If you're hoping to join the event, I recommend following me there so you don't miss out!
Please note that during the event, kimono sessions are available for children up to 8 years old only.
If you'd like older children or other family members to wear kimono as well, please book a private session instead.
With a private session, you can choose your preferred date, location, and family members to participate in the kimono photos.
Kimono sessions are offered in collaboration with stylist Sara Okabe.

Q19. I don't want my photos used on social media!
No problem at all! I always ask every client for permission before and after the shoot — nothing is ever posted without your consent.
Any photos you see on my website or social media are from clients who have kindly given me permission to share them. (Thank you so much! 🙏)
You can rest assured that your photos will never be shared without your explicit permission.
