簡単スマッシュケーキレシピ / Easy Smash Cake Recipe
「ケーキを用意するのが大変そう…」という方に、パンで作る超簡単なスマッシュケーキをご紹介します！
Don't want to bake a cake from scratch? Here's a super easy smash cake made with bread — perfect for babies!
材料 / Ingredients:
食パン 3〜4枚 / 3–4 slices of white bread
ヨーグルト 適量 / Plain yoghurt, as needed
フルーツ（いちご・ブルーベリーなど）/ Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
作り方 / How to Make It:
食パンを丸くくり抜くか、そのままの形で使う / Cut bread into circles or use as-is
ヨーグルトを各層に塗って重ねる / Spread yoghurt between each layer and stack
外側全体にヨーグルトを塗る / Cover the outside with yoghurt
フルーツで飾り付けをする / Decorate with fresh fruit
冷蔵庫で少し冷やしてから撮影へ！/ Chill in the fridge before the shoot!
ポイント / Tips:
無糖ヨーグルトを使うと赤ちゃんにも安心 / Plain unsweetened yoghurt is gentle on baby's tummy
赤ちゃんが食べても安心な食材のみ使用 / Only baby-safe ingredients used throughout

「1」の数字バルーンはとても人気！数字バルーンを選ぶならマットでペールカラーがおすすめです。光が反射せず、写真の中でふんわり上品に映ります✨
光沢タイプは写真の中で光が反射しやすいので、できればマットタイプを選ぶのがおすすめです。マットタイプが見つからない場合は、撮影の角度や光の当て方で反射を抑えることができるので安心してください😊
Number "1" balloons are hugely popular! For number balloons, matte finish in pale colours is highly recommended — they don't reflect light and give photos a soft, elegant feel ✨
Shiny number balloons can reflect light in photos, so matte is always the better choice. If you can only find shiny ones, don't worry — I can adjust the angle and lighting to minimise reflection during the shoot 😊
